Buyer’s Premium – There is 10% Buyers Fee that will be added to your final bill.

To register for a number – you must bring and show a current valid driver’s license or a state photo ID.

All Sales Are Final – All Items are sold As-Is, Where-Is and All Sales are Final.

Payment methods – acceptable methods of payment are as follows:

  • Cash
  • All Major Credit & Debit Cards (No Additional Fee)
  • Any other payment methods must be arranged with the Auction Center prior to the sale.

Absentee bids – the following rules apply to absentee bidding:

  • All bids must be received 1 hour before the start of the sale.
  • Absentee Bids are taken Thursday from 9am-4pm and Friday 4pm-5:30pm for the Friday Night Auction
  • Five (5) left bids maximum
  • Minimum absentee bid of $40 per item will be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be paid for and removed from the Auction Center within one week after the sale.
  • Item(s) may not be removed until full payment is made.
  • Previewing the item is strongly recommended – All sales are final
  • For New Bidders, Credit Card Info Required for left bids

Auction language – Definitions to our Auction Language

  • Choice – Used when selling like items. Allows winning bidder to choose one of more of the items available at the final bid price. (Example: Selling 3 floor lamps, highest bidder wins choice bid at $25.00 each and takes 2 floor lamps, total bid price is $50 for 2 lamps)
  • Times the money – Used when selling groups of items. Winning bid must take entire group. (Example: 3-Piece Sofa Set, Winning bid is $100 but they must take all 3 pieces – 3x the money – Final bid price is $300)
  • So much a piece – Used when selling a group lot, winning bid is $25 per piece of total quantity sold. See definition for “Times the Money”
